My experience with attorney Marina Meyerovich and her office was extremely disappointing. I hired the firm expecting clear communication, and responsible handling of my immigration case. Instead, I repeatedly faced confusion, poor coordination between staff members, and constant discussions about add...itional payments.One major issue was that no one seemed fully responsible for the client.One assistant would tell me one thing, and the next day another employee would call and give completely different information. I sometimes followed one employee’s instructions only to later find that another employee had no idea what had been discussed. Different staff members called me multiple times, asked the same questions,and requested information or documents that, as far as I knew, were already in their system. This made me feel that my file was not always reviewed before staff contacted me.Another major issue was the constant focus on money. In my experience, payment questions came up more often than meaningful discussions about my case. I was told that certain charges were for document preparation, but it was not always clear what exactly was being prepared or what work had actually been completed by the office.Clients already collect much of the information and documentation themselves, so when another preparation charge appears, they deserve a clear explanation of what they are paying for, what work was done, and what service they received. I also had the impression that the office became especially active in contacting clients when another payment was due.From my perspective, financial matters seemed to receive more attention than communication about the actual case.One of the most frustrating issues was trying to communicate directly with the attorney. I was paying for legal services and expected that, when important questions came up, I would be able to discuss my case with Marina Meyerovich herself.In my experience, reaching her directly was very difficult. What surprised me most was that, even though I was already a paying client, I was asked to pay approximately another $100 just to have a separate meeting with the attorney to discuss my own case. To me, that felt unreasonable: first you pay for legal representation, and then you are asked to pay again simply to speak with your own attorney about your own matter. Overall, I was left with the feeling of being part of an assembly line. Clients are passed from one employee to another, the same information has to be repeated, and the next person you speak with may not fully understand your situation. At the same time, requests for additional payments, in my experience, are never forgotten.I understand that immigration attorneys charge for their work and that some services may legitimately require additional fees. However, clients should be clearly told in advance what is included in the original fee, what costs extra, and what specific work is actually being performed by the attorney or office staff. An immigration case can determine a person’s future and affect an entire family. A client needs to feel that their case is known, monitored, and handled responsibly. In my case, working with this office became a source of stress, confusion, and constant financial questions. After this experience, I personally would not trust this office with my case again. I expected professionalism, transparency, responsibility, and proper communication from a law firm.Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. Marina Meyerovich, behind every case are real people, their families, fears, hopes, and money that may have been very difficult for them to earn. A client comes to an attorney for protection and professional help, not to feel like a source of the next payment. Money can be earned again, but lost trust is much harder to restore. In my opinion, a good attorney is remembered not for how many invoices were issued, but for how responsibly they treated the people who trusted them with their future!

I do not recommend this attorney to anyone - you will lose time and money. All documents have to be collected on your own. The most an attorney does is upload them into the system, and even that is often done late. Translation services are charged separately. In fact, nothing is really included in th...e package you pay for. Protect your nerves and your money. All of my acquaintances complain and are withdrawing their cases. The attorney will not return the deposit for services that were not provided. I wish everyone to find a good lawyer in these difficult times, when some attorneys take advantage of immigrants' silence.
