Marcy Smorey-Giger

Marcy Giger has been taking advantage of my sister who has been diagnosed with a mental break down and not once but twice has been placed in west Penn psychiatric hospital. I am positive Marcy knows this info since my dad has repeatedly asked her to stop representing my sister on ridiculous claims. M...arcy has denied our request and has continued to draft legal documents for my sister who is mentally sick. She continues to charge my sister who cannot make a decision. She has racked up a 1700 dollar bill for my sister and has drafted the most ridiculous legal things against her own family. Marcy if you read this what you are doing is disgusting and just to line your pocket. Absolutely and abuse of power and I will take this to the attorney general of P.A.

Marcy is great! She takes the time to walk you through any questions you have to make sure your needs are met. She always makes the time and is never too busy to support you. She is fair in how she approaches her practice and always has her client's best interest top-of-mind.
