I never had a legal issue before period! First issue ever was a landlord issue and Marcel Wurms was the first and only lawyer near my area to be able to give me advice. I paid for a service from him and am using his advice I gained through many emails and phone calls because of my horrible workload a...nd schedule. Will use him again if ever needed if he will be able to fit my nervous frantic self into his schedule when the time arises. While I did not use him for a summons issue I would definitely use for any lawsuits that result from this landlord and or exco-tenant if they do or different real estate issues all together because this legal mumbo jumbo makes my head spin.
