Marcee Catherine Duvall

Absolutely terrible experience. She spent time doing things that were not necessary for my case just so she could bill me thousands of dollars more. My current attorney said most things she billed me for were not needed. She did not handle the case in best interest. I cannot say enough bad things... about her as a divorce attorney. In the process of taking my ex husband back to court to fix everything that she did.

Marcee was friendly enough, but once we got to the courtroom, she seemed out of her league. She was disorganized and demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of the legal proceedings in my divorce case. Three times she went into conference with the judge and opposing counsel and returned acting... shocked and gave me "bad news" that she had assured me beforehand would not be the case. When I brought the facts to the partner in her law firm, including email proof of her assertions that she was totally wrong about, she was not honest and claimed I misunderstood her. This, despite having the emails from her. She is no longer employed at that law firm. I like Marcee, as she seems to be a nice individual. However, she is not a competent attorney.
