All the paperwork he submits it’s all wrong and it all gets returned. And he delays people’s paperwork and he doesn’t have a physical address.

Unprofessional.
Doesn’t know what’s he’s doing. Playing with peoples lives. Fills all the wrong documents misspells names and write the wrong birthday dates OVER AND OVER again. I don’t even understand how he got the license. Wasted so much time so much money.
