Madaleine R. Mulrey

Madaleine Mulrey is the principle shareholder The Law Office of Madaleine Mulrey. Her practice areas include; criminal defense sex offenses,  DUI, probation revocation hearings and appeals, consumer protection, debtors rights, representing students in suspension and expulsion hearings, academic probation hearings, special education advocacy / IEP, administrative review hearings of false dog bite claims  Her career as an attorney has been dedicated to representing “the underdog” in all matters. Attorney Mulrey serves as local counsel for law firms in California and Georgia, and has been a seminar presenter for both the National Business Institute, and the State Bar of Wisconsin.  Prior to entering private practice Ms. Mulrey was employed by the University of Wisconsin  Law School as a program assistant in the Legal Defense Program . She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison, and J.D. from the University of  Wisconsin Law School in 2002.  Ms. Mulrey is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, as well as Federal District Court in the Western District of Wisconsin and the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the Dane County Bar Association, Dane County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the James E. Doyle Inn of Courts.  She currently serves as a volunteer for the Dane County Bar Association Small Claims Assistance Program, the Volunteer Lawyer Project of Legal Action of Wisconsin, Napa Valley German Shepherd Rescue ( Director) , and by providing pro bono assistance to 501c3 German Shepherd rescue organizations.
