For over 2 years I have been involved in 2 legal quagmires on Cape Cod using Cape Attorneys. In the above ratings of being trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable and keeping me informed my interactions with Cape Attorney's never even approached those 4 criteria. It was as if I was only being represe...nted by a "suit". I was lied to, deceived and was never involved in their decision-making process and this turned out to be devastating for me, both financially and emotionally. I went on-line one evening, so distraught that I would/could never find any competent representation on Cape Cod, that I happened upon a website where one asks a question and gets a response from an Attorney pertaining to the area of law that was choking me. Low & behold, I received an Email response from Attorney John Tatoian of Enfield, CT. asking me to call his office "the next morning" so he could discuss my case. Just by having that 1 personal encounter (via Email) I felt such a relief. In the past whenever I Emailed a Cape Attorney I received no answer or when I called my calls were never returned. I called Attorney Tatoian the next AM and felt that he was genuinely sympathetic to my predicament. He listened attentively and, then, he offerred his avenue of approach. His knowledge of legal matters "far"surpasses what I've been accustomed to on Cape Cod. Not only that...Attorney Tatoian strategizes as if in a Chess game. He stays 3 steps ahead of where I presently am so I know, ahead of time, where I stand and there are no surprises. His knowledge of Legal Procedure and Rules of Conduct far ourweighs that of the so-called "experts". I have never met the man but based on (telephone or Email) our dealings over the past 6 months the competence, professionalism and guidance I've received is unsurpassed. This is the "real deal". Others I've encountered are 'only' concerned with lining their pockets and you are secondary, if at all. I have so much trust in this Attorney that I've said on numerous occasions" "I wish you were practicing Law on Cape Cod". He keeps me informed, via Email or phone, several times a week. One of the many things I admire about Attorney Tatoian is that he takes the time to listen - there's no rushing & this matters so much to me due to my predicament & health. I'm extremely grateful that I had the 'luck' to connect with this excellent man and Attorney and would sing his accolades to others needing competent & diligent legal advice or representation here in Massachusetts. Since only 1 type of case can be entered below...Attorney Tatoian has handled both Business Law & Personal Injury cases for me.

Attorney John A Tatoian's high ethical practice standards and client responsiveness prooved to be a welcome relief to this clients expectations. Mr. Tatoian's apparent lack of lawyer 'ego' allowed for constructive and informative client/lawyer conversations. Attorney John A Tatoian's 'Zen-like" appr...oach to my case, in which simplicity is both a goal and legal approach, allowed for less opportunities for either side to complicate terms, conditions or expectations. This approach is welcome to a client familiar with the all-too-common practice of lawyers, businesses, etc to intentionally 'complicate' issues to provide more revenue, more time, more distraction.
