Money Grab

I paid for a consult with Becky Beaver’s firm. Prior to scheduling, the paralegal gathered information and took my money. I had a 30 min phone call with Lydia who seemed to only be concerned with my assets and now nasty I wanted the divorce to be. Apparently they didn’t think our divorce would be con...tentious enough to fill their pocketbooks, because I got this email the next day. “Dear Ms. Name, It was nice speaking with you yesterday. Unfortunately, the firm does not currently have the bandwidth to take on your case at this time. I suggest you reach out to and consult with Rachel Moyle and/or Marie McGrath regarding your case. We wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors. I should’ve disputed this BS charge with my credit card company.

AMAZING ATTORNEY

Lydia is extremely kind, thoughtful, and always listened to my problems! She was my attorney through a divorce I had with my ex-ex-wife. She helped navigate me through the legal system and I feel like we got the best result possible in a tough situation. Anyone looking for a family law attorney shoul...d seek her out!

Compassionate Attorney

Lydia Fearing is a compassionate attorney. She has great drafting skills. She listens to my concerns. She got me amazing results in a Final hearing. My family couldn't be more grateful to her. If you want to hire a family law attorney, Lydia is my recommendation.

Horrible attorney

1. She milks you for all the money she can, my hearing was on the 10th and one week later i had bills totalling almost 8 grand and all she had done is reset my first hearing in a custody case. 2. She writes horribly, I had to redo her rewrite of my affidavit, It was so bad i called a favor into my... tech writer friend and he did an amazing job and we used his final product, she still charged me for 3 hours when all hers did was mess my intent up and ruined all the meaning by changing some tenses and leaving some alone. 3. She claims she wants to be there for you but I had a question one day after firing her and she stated since she is not my attorney she will not answering any questions even though I just spent 8k with her for nothing. 4. I think her law firm Modern Family Law double and triple charges. Here is what I mean, i email them something, they download it and submit it, then the email me, text me and call me confirming they received it and charge me for every communication. They also talk about my case amongst themselves and then they charge me for it. 5. Lydia never intend on going to trial on the 10th when she reset my case, I can prove it but am saving that for my day in court. I intend to sue for damages and my money back.
