Lydia Marie Carson

I went to Ms. Carson's office to file for an uncontested divorce. All property is divided, no kids, super simple and very amicable. My ex-spouse owns a home that he purchased prior to our marriage. She informed me that I was entitled to benefit from this. I stated that I was not interested in any... property other than my own. She literally said "Thanks for coming in." Basically, if I wasn't going to allow her to go after my ex and his property, she wanted no part. She stated that this is how the courts wanted it done. I promptly left. I am appalled at this woman and her shady practice. No wonder she has been cited. Stay clear of this one!

Went in for an uncontested divorce. We had already created a custody schedule, child support amount, done all of the leg work that needed to be done. Not once prior to meeting Lydia did she ever mention that she uses her own plan and paperwork and she will nickel and dime you for anything that is dif...ferent from it. Claimed she has to do extra work... what are we paying for then? It's $140 to file for divorce, where is the extra $700 going?! You pay a lawyer to legalize the plan that you and your spouse agree on not to use there custody template that they already have made and just print and mail! Insane... be warned.

i have called around looking for a knowledgeable qualified attorney and not too high priced for my bankruptcy. I finally found one, Carson Law Center, Ms. Carson told me like it is and not skirting around the truth. I love that. I have looked at other attorneys and they are very high priced. I am now... discharged from my debt, I got to keep my car and now can I can start my life over for the better. Thank you Ms. Carson and her staff. I will refer my friends and anyone else
