Lydia Marie Carson

I went to Ms. Carson's office to file for an uncontested divorce. All property is divided, no kids, super simple and very amicable. My ex-spouse owns a home that he purchased prior to our marriage. She informed me that I was entitled to benefit from this. I stated that I was not interested in any... property other than my own. She literally said "Thanks for coming in." Basically, if I wasn't going to allow her to go after my ex and his property, she wanted no part. She stated that this is how the courts wanted it done. I promptly left. I am appalled at this woman and her shady practice. No wonder she has been cited. Stay clear of this one!

i have called around looking for a knowledgeable qualified attorney and not too high priced for my bankruptcy. I finally found one, Carson Law Center, Ms. Carson told me like it is and not skirting around the truth. I love that. I have looked at other attorneys and they are very high priced.
