Due to many pressing issues in my life, I was forced into the unfortunate decision to file bankruptcy. I contacted Mr. McDowell twice regarding a real estate matter. I had previously filed bankruptcy, did not reaffirm the loan and was underwater and needed advice on what action to take. On both occasions, I was able to conduct my consultation over the phone. I was stressed and confused and overwhel...med with good-hearted "advice" from non-professionals that would have caused me eventual legal problems.
