I just can't believe this law office has been here so long. I was in a car accident, which is what they specialize in. I had a small, very simple claim, nothing complicated. I was one of two passengers in the car and the other passenger had similar injuries. I received less than the other passenger, ...which I guess is fine but what really got me is how long it took. The other passenger had his check after six months. It took a year for me to finally get my check. The receptionist, Megan, is awful. Everytime you call to inquire about the status of your case she snaps at you like, "How dare you address me?" She's the worst. A friend of mine went to high school with her and I guess she was bullied so now she takes it out on the the clients. I don't really know anything about Brett Rigg since I only met him once and he never called me, never updated me on anything. If this is his specialty, I'd hate to find out what his weaknesses are.
