Divorce is devastating, especially when you find out the person you made a vow to spend the rest of your life with, is a narcissistic abusive manipulative liar. I was slammed ...with bogus irreparable harm temporary orders, his attorneys were extremely unethical and lied to the court system without any regard for the law. Lisa helped me set the record straight, flawlessly defended me from the ruthless smearing campaign, and I was able to relocate with my child. His former attorney was also barred from ever practicing law again after I filed a bar complaint reporting her. Unfortunately, that is the case for most attorneys in Yuma county. They all talk to each other behind the scenes and try to squeeze as much money as possible out of people undergoing terrible hardship and abuse. Just a disgusting scam. Be careful who you hire. Lisa is a rare diamond. She is smart, honest, dedicated and a fighter. She also has experience as a judge, which sets her apart from all the other lawyers in the state. Because of Lisa's hard and honest work, I was awarded residential custody of my child. I got an amazing job and I get to take care of my baby girl while being in a safe, violence and abusive free environment. If you want a winning case, hire her, if you can't, make sure you have a consultation with her, because you do not want Lisa defending your ex.

Outstanding service and support from Lisa Whalen through an incredibly messy divorce. With a history of domestic violence, trying to divorce a narcissist is a nightmare, let alone with kids.
