Further, for a free consultation, this attorney would solely speak to you about your case and options and would not involve herself in your case without a retainer and payment or court appointment. I would suggest reaching out to this attorney or another and retaining an attorney for your needs. Just consulting with an attorney will not help you by involving themselves in the actual case in something like this because they will not help you unless they are your attorney of record.
