This attorney is not affiliated with a particular county so would never be forced on anyone. Further, for a free consultation, this attorney would solely speak to you about your case and options and would not involve herself in your case without a retainer and payment or court appointment. I would suggest reaching out to this attorney or another and retaining an attorney for your needs. Just consulting with an attorney will not help you by involving themselves in the actual case in something like this because they will not help you unless they are your attorney of record. No business being a lawyer
Incompetent doesn't do this woman justice very clueless only interested in charging you for work she does not complete . Raised voice multiple times and had to fire her only after she billed me for work not done . THE WORST

I am not sure how she is even still a lawyer after 20 years. Anything I brought to her attention about my case, she just dismissed. She seemed to be against me more than with me. Replied last March 25, 2017Reading through attorney Peluso's reviews and shocked by this. She was the complete opposite with me. I was up against a big aggressive company and I was so angry that it made me completely irrational. She was patient listened to me and saved me from a big mistake. I wanted her to play games with this company and she advised me it was unethical and got me a great settlement. Using her now on another deal and she actually reduced her rate for me. She's awesome!
