Our attorneys also have a particular sensitivity to cases involving domestic violence. Before opening this practice, Patricia Mitchell and Lindsey Moran spent several years exclusively representing victims of domestic violence, together litigating hundreds of protective order and peace order cases for people suffering intimate partner abuse. We are tireless advocates for our clients and offer not only zealous representation in court, but also a wealth of experience in safety planning and connecting clients with organizations and resources designed to assist in the transition from domestic violence victim to domestic violence survivor.
