Worst lawyer around! Shes hard to get a hold of....she lacked compassion through a very difficult time..she wasn't prepared for court and lost me the interest in a premarital home because she didn't present the evidence I had given to her. I ended up representing myself towards the end because I didn't trust her to handle it and thats when things finally seemed to go my way.

Lindsey and her team are what I consider professional and very accurate. They keep excellent facts as the case moves along. I feel like Lindsey has fought for my baby and his rights. A mother of a toddler herself she knows how I feel and has gone out of her way to answer my text and emails. Lindsey Gutierrez made a stressful divorce even more stressful. She was hard to reach throughout the time she was my lawyer and I had no idea what was going on in my case. For one of my court dates, she booked another court meeting at the same time. For the next court meeting, she showed up half a...n hour late. When she would come into the courthouse, Lindsey did not acknowledge me, but instead would proceed to my ex-husband and his lawyer and talk with them. When she was done talking to them, she would run up and down the court hallways until the judge would call us into the room. I had no idea what was going on in my case, and when I would approach her to discuss what is going to happen, she would brush me off. Lindsey was hard to reach by phone and email. She would cancel our meetings last minute. She was unprepared most of the time. When I would give her documents, she would not acknowledge them. For a settlement, she told me she would leave me alone in a room with my ex-husband and his lawyer to defend myself because she doesn’t like to get involved and doesn’t deal with arguments. Although I hired her as my lawyer, she was more interested in what would benefit my ex-husband and only focused on his demands. I eventually fired Lindsey as my lawyer. When I hired a new lawyer, I was amazed at how nicely a divorce case can be handled. My new lawyer properly and professionally represented my case.
