Lindsey Rae Gutierrez

I gave Lindsey 4 stars because her academic accomplishments should be recognized as excellent, although, I will not hire her based on what I fealt after speaking with her. I have no experience in her field so I do not intend to be negative or harsh, I simply want to offer some suggestions from the pe...rspective of a potential client or for lack of a better term, a "customer". 1) If you have an appointment, stick to it, or be honest and let the client know that you just can't take their case right now. 2) Be compassionate. If you cannot convince the client that you truly care about them, (and their children), they will not have confidence that their case is in good hands. 3) Think long and hard about what people are going to pay you...on top of the emotional distress they are already struggling with. I do not discourage anyone from hiring Lindsey, I just think she's not the attorney for me. I kind of fealt foolish and confused after speaking with her. I'm sure that was not her intention, but I did feel very uneasy about hiring her.

Lindsey and her team are what I consider professional and very accurate. They keep excellent facts as the case moves along. They know when the other side is fishing for facts that don't exist and put them in there place immediately. Lindsey really cares about you and lets you know what will happen a...s events transpire. As I told her when my case was over, "Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for doing a great job! I really appreciate everything"!!

I feel like Lindsey has fought for my baby and his rights. A mother of a toddler herself she knows how I feel and has gone out of her way to answer my text and emails. Lindsey got a judgment overturned for my baby's protection from my last attorney who totally messed up. Lindsey comes ready and prepa...red to fight for my 17 month old who can't speak. I trust Lindsey with my baby's well being and couldn't think of a better mother/attorney to speak on my baby's behalf.

Lindsey comes prepared and ready to fight for my baby. She keeps me informed. She always replays to my emails the same day. She is a mother herself. I couldn't think of another attorney I would want to represent my baby other then Lindsey. She truly cares and goes out her way to protect my baby and m...e. Mad respect
