I am in the middle of a complicated family law\divorce case with marital assets totaling over $1 million. Ms. Capolla was either fired, or abruptly left her previous firm, abandoning my case. The firm she was with in Crystal River Fl. was unable to handle my case leaving me without counsel until I... could come up with the funds to hire a new attorney. I am now over a year into this case and I am putting out yet another large retainer fee due to the case being open.
