I consulted with Ms. Blansit regarding the lack of ADA accommodations in the workplace for my Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. I was impressed with her grasp of my situation, the laws regarding it and the concern she had for me and my well being. Armed with a better understanding of my employers oblig...ations and my legal rights, I was able to go back to my supervisor, HR and the corporate rep to work out agreeable solutions. Ms. Blansit continued to follow up to see how things were going and immediately responded if I emailed her of a new glitch in the process. She was supportive and concerned and I will most definitely contact her again if the need arises - and I have already recommended her to a friend. i was very comfortable with Ms. Blanist as a person and her style of actually listening to her client rather than having a preconceived plan.
