I have hire Mrs Thielen multiple times to handle both bussiness and estate planning matters. I and a partner started an LLC for some investment properties that we own. I had very little knowledge of where we needed to start and what we needed to do in order to properly establish our LLC. She expla...ined the process and what we need to be done, completed the various filings, and drafted our articles of incorporation and bylaws, and created templates for leases. She listened to what our needs and goals were, provided us with various options and recommendations. Leslie has also provided me services for estate planning. My wife and I needed to make some changes to our will. Some of the changes were a bit strange and we were not sure how to incorporate this in the manner that we wanted. Leslie listened to our request and prepare a codicil that did exactly want we wanted it do do. The thing that has impressed me the most with Mrs Thielen is here ability to listen to our needs (even if we can;t explain them very well, process that, and provide options and recommendations in terms that we can understand. She makes sure that I understand the content to documents, what the process is, and what our options are in plain English without a lot of legal jargon. She was prompt, returned phone calls and emails quickly and I felt here fees were reasonable.
