If this is the attorney who was in New Cumberland, I have nothing good to say about him. He is no longer in his office and has dc'd one phone and won't answer the other. He told me he was working out of his car because his office was not ready. He would not respond to my texts or emails in a timely m...anner or at all. I had to text him repeatedly to get a response. He has not returned any of my paperwork. He never gave me a written quote for his services. I paid him at least $2500 and have one receipt from him. He showed for 3 court appearances and did not file the documents which he promised to do. He did not provide me with 4 documents re: child custody issues. I found out through another attorney about the paperwork. I obtained it myself through the prothonitary's office.

I hired Mr. Osterling Feb. 2012 to get my divorce from my husband whom I had not seen in 13 yrs. He told me he would handle it no problem. I have had 3 phone calls from him and 5 emails. He told me $800.00 so I gave him $1000.00 just in case filing fees went up. now his phone has been disconnected ...and my emails go unanswered. I work hard for my money and trusted that things would be finalized by the end of October which is what his email said and now 1 1/2 yrs later I am still waiting. what kind of lawyer takes peoples money and does not do the job they were paid to do.

My husband & I came to Mr. Osterling thinking that we needed to file bankrupcy due to our debt issues. We gave him $750.00 retainer at the time of our first meeting. Ultimately, my husband & I decided not to pursue filing bankrupcy, and never had Mr. Osterling do any work for us. We have requested th...e return of our retainer, which at first, Mr. Osterling said "No Problem". It has been 4 months since my rqst, & he avoids my calls, & most recently, seems to have changed his number. Help!
