Hired him to have custody modified and have jurisdiction moved to pa however this was not completed then august 2012 my ex never returned my daughter so he finally filed to get helplap to get her back,then when pa wwouldn't continue,and Missouri kept continuing jurisdiction. I tried getting at least ...some of my retainer back to hire legal counsel in Missouri..never returns my calls as,never sent detailed bill as to how it was spent ...if you need someone to be on the ball lees not the guy for you has a good talk but DOESN'T Follow Through And Does not return your money even tho he ddoesn't do a thing

Hired Mr. Oesterling May 1, 2012 to handle my divorce, paid $2500 up front. After many phone calls he finally filed divorce papers January 2013 although I NEVER received divorce papers from him and had to go to court house and pay to have them copied. Two phone numbers have since been disconnected,... cell phone goes to voice mail and he does not return phone calls. Am working three jobs and cannot afford to throw away $2500 would like to get this matter settled but it seems like it is going to be impossible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM

If this is the attorney who was in New Cumberland, I have nothing good to say about him. He is no longer in his office and has dc'd one phone and won't answer the other. He told me he was working out of his car because his office was not ready. He would not respond to my texts or emails in a timely m...anner or at all. I had to text him repeatedly to get a response. He has not returned any of my paperwork. He never gave me a written quote for his services. I paid him at least $2500 and have one receipt from him. He showed for 3 court appearances and did not file the documents which he promised to do. He did not provide me with 4 documents re: child custody issues. I found out through another attorney about the paperwork. I obtained it myself through the prothonitary's office.

I hired Mr. Osterling Feb. 2012 to get my divorce from my husband whom I had not seen in 13 yrs. He told me he would handle it no problem. I have had 3 phone calls from him and 5 emails. He told me $800.00 so I gave him $1000.00 just in case filing fees went up. now his phone has been disconnected ...and my emails go unanswered. I work hard for my money and trusted that things would be finalized by the end of October which is what his email said and now 1 1/2 yrs later I am still waiting. what kind of lawyer takes peoples money and does not do the job they were paid to do.
