I hired this attorney for real estate needs in purchasing my new home. The attorney and his assistant Michelle have done nothing but made my experience a nightmare. There is zero communication and in order to get things done I had to handle everything that I could myself. Michelle was rude and had an... attitude through out this process and almost made me lose the house I was buying. She has screwed up a number of times and try’s to put the blame on someone else claiming she never received the paperwork. They are unprofessional and unorganized. They are never in the office on regular business days when they should. It’s hard to get a phone call back after leaving several messages.

Mr. Spada became our attorney for all financial & real estate matters several years ago after recommendations from highly trusted sources, including our accountant. Mr. Spada and staff have provided exemplary service & guidance and have represented all of our needs & interests with kindness & profes...sionalism at all times. We would recommend Mr. Spada with no hesitation and trust his recommendations fully.

Fails to properly file all supporting documentation with the courts. His secretary falsely says the court returned a filing request because a necessary document was missing. When following up with the court they never received anything from her. This is very unprofessional. She should use a check...list or a template to make sure she dots her i's and crosses her t's.
