Laurence Charles Kress

Mr. Kress was my attorney for a recent case that I was going through. I had a very complicated Federal Case. I have never been in any kind of federal situation before. We first met Mr. Kress approx. 5 years ago. He was assigned to my sons criminal case. It was a big case with which my son was looking at a sentence of 30 to life. I met with a famous high profile high cost Atty. in Harrisburg who assured me that he was the man for the job. So we regrettably let ...Mr Kress go. Well to make a long story short our Atty. was absolutely horrible. My son and I ended up doing most of our own leg work and basically he ended up taking a plea of approx. 12 years. The plea was not due to anything our Atty did. As time went on numerous things changed and he had a really good shot at having his time drastically reduced. I contacted our Atty who either made promises that he never kept or just wouldn't return my calls. In the spring of 2012 with nothing left to lose I contacted Mr. Kress (previosly fired by us). To my surprise he was more than happy to help us. He jumped right on it. He worked with me on payments and never put us to the side. He treated us with respect and quickly got the job done. Within a few months my son not only got a reduced sentence but was released within a month of our court date. Mr Kress is a fine lawyer, and I would not hesitate to reccomend him to anyone.
