I have successfully handled thousands of cases in family law, including divorce, custody, visitation (parenting time) and juvenile law, as well as numerous cases in other areas of civil litigation.  I am past president of Women Lawyers Association of Michigan (2000-2001), have successfully handled appellate cases at the state and federal level and have been hired by other attorneys to represent them in various types of cases, as well as to write many types of pleadings for their own cases.

I pride myself on being an attorney who is honest with my clients, a good listener, and a strong, creative advocate on their behalf. 

Most importantly, I do not take on cases simply to obtain a fee-I take cases I believe in and strive to assist my client in getting through the litigation process with as little emotional turmoil as possible.

Most of my cases have come from referrals from happy former clients, other attorneys, and various professionals whom I have met.  In fact, I have even obtained cases from opposing parties and counsel whom I have impressed.
