If the ime doc releases you to full duty then the insurance company can terminate your benefits. If your doc still wants you on restricted Duty...

A 16 year old may petition court on their own to change custody. The process will be much smoother and probably quicker with an attorney helping.

it sounds like your case was on appeal and settled and the attorney forgot to attach a copy of te remand order to the settlement papers.

a nolle prosse is a dismissal, not an acquittal. A nolle prosse can be recharged or evidence can be used at a subsequent trial.
