Biography
Lance Losey is a Member of Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, PLLC and serves as Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate group. () His practice focuses on assisting clients in preparing their estate plans, administering the estates of those who have passed on, representing fiduciaries and litigating estate disputes.
Lance and his wife have four young children that occupy most of his time outside of the office. Nonetheless, Lance has a weakness for Texas Hold-Em and sports of almost any variety. Like the fresh fish menu at McCormicks, Lance's rec. league of choice changes from season-to-season--or at least it used to. Recently, Lance has taken up his childhood dream to become an NHL ice hockey star. If anyone knows of a professional hockey team looking for a past-his-prime, painfully slow, weak-skating center, please let Lance know. In the meantime, he'll be waiting for scouts to discover him in the lower divisions of the GSHL ().
Raised in a small town south of Calgary, Alberta, Lance holds to “prairie” values and has developed a reputation as a level-headed, no-nonsense attorney. His particular passion is helping clients avoid family conflicts that result from poorly-conceived estate plans, and also resolving and, where necessary, litigating estate disputes once they have begun.
