I recently hired Mrs. Poindexter to represent me in a criminal defense case in which I was charged with 2 counts of misdemeanor. Prior to hiring her, I already had another lawyer with over 25 years of experience working my case. However, I didn’t feel confident in his work since he wasn’t a “fighting... for the client” type of lawyer and believed I should have taken a plea deal.
