L. Michelle Gessner

Last year, I had a few major issues that arose with a former employer. Around the area I live, the rest not many attorneys to choose from dealing with employment and/or contract law, so I was referred to Michelle by a friend. She was excellent from the first contact. Michelle dealt with the case swif...tly and she even reached a settlement out of court, much faster than I expected in a professional but yet tactfull approach. Michelle also was prompt with staying in contact throughout the case and was accurate with all advice and information given. I honestly couldn't ask for better legal representation than I received from Michelle.

I would not recommend Michelle as an attorney. Unfortunately, I had a time crisis when I hired Michelle and should have done more research on her before I hired her. Michelle seems to want to lawyer by email and unfortunately she does not read the documents carefully and is inaccurate. She is not a... good communicator. I had very few one on one conversations to properly strategize my case. She always seemed hurried. I am five months behind on my case and have to start over. She was a waste of time and money.
