Kyle Clayton Dart

He was such a bad lawyer that he might as well have been working for my ex in my divorce case. I literally got screwed in every way shape and form. And to top it off he literally failed to tell me about a court date that I had no idea about and I missed the court date and could have ended up in jail ...as a result. He's an extremely bad lawyer and extremely negligent. If you want to pay somebody hundreds of dollars an to help your ex in a divorce case than hire this guy

Absolutely horrible! I hired Kyle last year. I had my mediation almost a year ago, came to an agreement and my child custody papers STILL have not been signed by a judge. Kyle does not return calls when he says he will. You will go months without contact with him unless you begin to harass him! ... I felt confident when I hired him but wow I was wrong! Definitely take your $1,500 to someone that is actually going to do what you paid them for IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I got completely screwed over in my divorce having him as my lawyer I almost got thrown in jail because he didn't tell me about a court date. I've been trying to contact him for ages trying to get things taking care of that I need to get taken care of I can't even get ahold of him to get my records s...ent to a different lawyer. Don't hire this guy.

I hired Kyle Dart for my divorce and was incredibly impressed with his work. I appreciated his willingness to answer questions and stand up for my rights. My divorce was the hardest thing I've ever had to go through and Kyle helped me get it finalized quickly and in a way that allowed my ex-husband... and I to move on as peacefully as possible.

In my case it happened about 5 years ago and I had since moved across country. I called around for lawyers who wanted a ridiculous amount of money and when I randomly called Kyle he gave me a more realistic retainer. Majority of our interactions were over the phone and through email. If I ever called... I would hear from him normally on the same business day. My case was an unusual one which caused it to stretch for over a year. Within that time, Kyle made partner; and his attention to my case did not decline. I would highly recommend Kyle Dart. My case was criminal and without him I could very possibly be in jail right now.
