Me, a mother seeking divorce and looking to overturn a temporary custody order that was in place for 6 months. We, Ms. Arellano and I were assigned a judge in our case who rarely ever goes against pre-existing orders. Well with Ms. Arellano's knowledge of exactly which points to raise, which points t...o leave alone, and her guidance on how to approach testimony, I was able not only to be granted 50/50 custody as we had hoped in vain that this judge would grant, but a complete reversal of the order.
