Kristine has been very professional and reasonable throughout my case. She has kept me up to date and followed through on everything she claimed she would. Kristine Nole is a horrible lawyer. My daughter paid her alot of money to represent her. She was an embarassment. Would not return calls, ever. I do mean ever. I have every text I ever sent her,no replies. And don't bother calling her office, no return calls from there either. She has forgotten to tu...rn in important paperwork while my daughter was in rehab in California to the courts in Harrison County. She was late for court on October 30th which did make the judge angry. Then today my daughter had an important court date and she did not show up! The courts tried to contact her and so did I. NO REPLY as always. In order for my daughter to go before the judge, she had to fire Ms Nole. Good riddance! Unprofessional and not friendly! Only cares about the money.

Talked to her and her law firm about a litigation suit . I told them i did not have a whole lot of money , and i was told i need atleast 500.00$ just to look at your paper work and make copys and pay my Secretary. I payed the money and was told that if there was a case that it would be 34.4 percent ...of the top. Then all the sudden it went to 4000.00$ and 400.00$ a hour when at first it was 500.00$ and if there was a case it would be 34.4 percent. Then after paying the 500.00 i was avoided my phone calls messages ignored. To be told as this was slowy coming to a end about the 4000.00 and 400.00 that we cant represent you.. And i know some out there would belike he is just mad cause they did not represent him or did not win his case but this id not it.. I did not have a whole lot of money to play with was led on and not to mention this went down right at christmas and yes the 500.00 i paid was my familys christmas because i was told by attorney that you want this i dont care pay hmmm on that one. Plus cant get into the office which is ok but first paied 300.00 got a recipet for rent hmmm on that one . And went back to pay the 200.00 no receipt to be told i will male you one well you can guess what happened next yep no recipt. Now its the same thing with trying to retrive my paper work..

Kristine Nole represented me last year on charges that were very serious.I was incarcerated at the time and she was my public Defender.Kristine Nole kept me informed on pre-trails,court dates or any other changes in my case. I felt like I was the only person that mattered.I was very satisfied with th...e plea she got for me.She got me out of jail and back home to my family. I also hired her for another case of mine.Kristine Nole in my opinion is brilliant,she is the best of the best and she does not back down from a fight.she makes you feel so comfortable in stressful situations,she would never break your confidence nor look at you in anyway from a judgemental standpoint.She has your rights from a constitional standpoint to protect you by. She doesn't take anything done or said unrelated to that personal. She really cares about her clients. I would recommend her to anyone cause she gets the job done..I wouldn't want anyone but Kristine Nole on my side and I'd feel sorry for the person she goes up againt..I am grateful to have her as my attorney..She kicks ASS!! Cant touch her!!!!!
