Kristine Marie Nole

Kristine Nole is a horrible lawyer. My daughter paid her alot of money to represent her. She was an embarassment. Would not return calls, ever. I do mean ever. I have every text I ever sent her,no replies. And don't bother calling her office, no return calls from there either. She has forgotten to tu...rn in important paperwork while my daughter was in rehab in California to the courts in Harrison County. She was late for court on October 30th which did make the judge angry. Then today my daughter had an important court date and she did not show up! The courts tried to contact her and so did I. NO REPLY as always. In order for my daughter to go before the judge, she had to fire Ms Nole. Good riddance! Unprofessional and not friendly! Only cares about the money.

Talked to her and her law firm about a litigation suit . I told them i did not have a whole lot of money , and i was told i need atleast 500.00$ just to look at your paper work and make copys and pay my Secretary. I payed the money and was told that if there was a case that it would be 34.4 percent ...of the top. Then all the sudden it went to 4000.00$ and 400.00$ a hour when at first it was 500.00$ and if there was a case it would be 34.4 percent. Then after paying the 500.00 i was avoided my phone calls messages ignored. To be told as this was slowy coming to a end about the 4000.00 and 400.00 that we cant represent you.. And i know some out there would belike he is just mad cause they did not represent him or did not win his case but this id not it.. I did not have a whole lot of money to play with was led on and not to mention this went down right at christmas and yes the 500.00 i paid was my familys christmas because i was told by attorney that you want this i dont care pay hmmm on that one. Plus cant get into the office which is ok but first paied 300.00 got a recipet for rent hmmm on that one . And went back to pay the 200.00 no receipt to be told i will male you one well you can guess what happened next yep no recipt. Now its the same thing with trying to retrive my paper work..

Kristine was my attorney through a case that seemed to go on forever. Not only did she represent me to the best of her ability, she helped my family get through everything. In the past I was represented by someone that told me we would never get the end result we were hoping for. Pray for the best..., expect the worst. When you're paying someone your money you work very hard for, those are not the words you want to hear them say. Kristine didn't sugar coat anything but she also didn't make promises she couldn't keep. Kristine didn't just say, "No, you can't", she would give a very detailed reasoning why that was something we couldn't do or a route we didn't want to take. Comparing her filings to the ones filed on my behalf in the past, I couldn't believe it. Kristine is someone that actually cares about her clients and cares about the outcome of your case. Stop wasting your time searching for a lawyer, Your search is over!

I highly recommend Ms. Nole's legal services. She represented me with diligence, compotence, and maintained a much needed professionalism throughout a very tough time in my life. Not only did I get more than the results I expected, but I also felt like she cared about me personally, and she truly a...dvocated on my behalf. I can't thank her enough!
