I never met her. My case was passed to her when my attorney suddenly left the firm. She refused to answer my emails or calls. She showed up for my divorce hearing an hour late. Krista acts knowledgeable and concerned but once she becomes too busy trying to juggle all the cases she has taken you will get pushed aside and almost completely forgotten about. i retained her last year for divorce and its a decision i regret.Excuse after excuse will ensue and the office does a gre...at job telling you they will speak to her then get back to you immediately. She never does in a timely fashion. I highly regretted using her. She would say one thing then the next week or month it would change. Im extremely understanding and gave her chance after chance.she will give you a thick bill to pay and will demand you pay that as she continues to do nothing to help your situation. Very disheartening. Protect yourself. Get a competent lawyer that will be there to fight for you. Its not Krista Birger Trani.
