After consulting with a few lawyers, I was losing hope for getting sole custody of my child. I was referred to Krista from a friend and after meeting with her I knew she was the one. I have read the reviews on here and was a little nervous by the negative review, I will admit She is hard to get ahol...d of ( like any Good lawyer, they are busy in court & do have other clients) However, her legal secretary Rachel, answered any and all of my questions. Krista filed an amazing cross motion, and did her homework on my child's rare disorder. This really impressed me. She really took the time to learn about something that many Doctors don't bother to do. She was able to help me obtain sole custody, as well as supervised visitation through a family therapist, requiring the NCP take drug/alcohol testing on a weekly basis, and to have the NCP take parenting classes. Every other lawyer I spoke to about my case told me that getting sole custody in NJ is next to impossible. I was also told that the judge that had my case was a very lenient judge, that particular judge looks at each case as a new starting point - forgiving to parents with past/present substance abuse/alcohol problems. This worried me immensely. However Krista came through and made the impossible possible for me. I can't thank Krista /Helmer Conley & Kasselman enough for the amazing work they did on my case.
