As a parent dealing with the schools system in the best of times, can still be quite a challenge to say the least. Dealing with the school system, knowing that the outcome of the IEP meeting directly affects our son, and not always being provided with the correct or proper information in a timely ma...nner from the school system for said meetings is the reason why we hired Krista. Krista is very knowledgeable, very respectful, and brings a level of professionalism to every IEP meeting to address every issue that may need to be addressed. I support her confidence and have witnessed her ability to achieve proper conduct from the school system staff as well as eliciting from the school system staff proper conversations to achieve resolutions, and address educational placement as well as goals for our son. I highly recommend Krista - she really came through during a difficult time.
