I consulted with Rice regarding an employment matter. I was highly disappointed with his professionalism and integrity. He cracked inappropriate jokes while I explained a harrowing ordeal and even belittled me. He appeared to be incompetent in areas outside of social security. He also appeared to la...ck confidence when it comes to more challenging or complicated cases. Although his consultation is free, it may not be worth the trip to Oregon.
