Kiyanoush Razaghi

I had consulted several attorneys regarding my case before being referred to Mr. Razaghi and I had heard so many different things. My name is Brian Green and I was lead counsel in the lawsuit with Kiyanoush challenging the delays in visa applications for people who involuntarily served with the IRGC. Kiyanoush did not argue in court against the motion to dismiss - I did. All clients in this lawsuit knew, or should have known, ...that there were no guarantees of success. (This was in each legal agreement.) In fact, no attorney in the U.S. has successfully sued the U.S. Department of State over IRGC-related visa delays. It was a longshot case and it was not successful. That happens in U.S. federal court litigation. No client should have expected a positive outcome - there are winners and losers every time a U.S. judge issues a decision. We did our best with the facts and law available to us.
