My name is Brian Green and I was lead counsel in the lawsuit with Kiyanoush challenging the delays in visa applications for people who involuntarily served with the IRGC. Kiyanoush did not argue in court against the motion to dismiss - I did. All clients in this lawsuit knew, or should have known, ...that there were no guarantees of success.
