I have read the reviews from persons on this website. I think the persons who I align myself with are those who placed reviews at the olympus law website on google. I had a custody case with Mr. Smith and and got some criminal convictions set-aside by him. He was an exceptional attorney, resp...onsive, and straight forward. He was early to court, not late, and prepared me for my testimony. I appreciated that he worked nights and weekends since I have a busy work schedule. I think its apparent he knows what he's doing when he speaks with you. Another great plus is that his rates were reasonable. No issues, period.

This attorney has been unethical in things ranging from being an hour late for court, failing to show up, laughing at and making jokes with the jury about my husband, not filing motions he was asked to do, failing to respond to our inquiries about the case, never providing a written agreement about f...ees, representation, or receipts for money given, and withdrawing from the case just 2 days prior to my husband's sentencing date.

Doesn't reply on time. Made mistakes on my petition and child support calculation. I wouldnt have found out if i didnt read the whole document line by line and peer reviewed by another lawyer. My decision from court came a month ago but i had to find out by calling the court and then going to the cou...rt and request a copy from the records section. He still hasnt replied me as to why he didnt notify me/us whereas he knew it was important for both of us.
