Mrs. Shouppe received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Communication from Florida State University and her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. After graduating law school, she began work as a law clerk for a law firm contracted with the Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Program. She then had a professional career where she was an Associate Director of Financial Services and Call Center Director for a major telecommunications company. She relocated back to Florida in 2013 and worked for the State Attorney’s Office as an Assistant State Attorney and Regional Conflict Counsel for the 14th Judicial Circuit as a criminal defense attorney. She then started her law firm and practiced criminal defense until relocating to Southwest Florida.

Amazing

Kimberly spoke with me on the phone, answered all my questions, was honest, patient, and I was very humbled to know their are still people out their willing to take time out of their busy day just to answer questions so others can be knowledgeable. Thank you!

Dedication

It was such a relieving thing to see someone as dedicated and professional as Kim. There were no empty promises as some attorneys give, only truth in that shed work her hardest to get immediate resolve. Immediate it was. 1st court date!!! More than 5 stars!

Amazing!!

She is an absolute life saver!! I fought a prison sentence for almost a year before I met Mrs Shouppe. They were not letting up on a minimum mandatory prison sentence. Her first attempt she was able to get me probation!! Since my sentence she has filed modifications for me and was successful in everything she has done!! She is the only person I trust to defend me!!

EXCELLENT LAWYER

The experience I had with Kim Shouppe was GREAT! She explained everything in detail and kept in contact with me every step of the way. She is knowledgeable, professional and very down to earth. I couldn't have chose a better, more understanding attorney. She was always accessible and always responded to my questions in a timely manner. There are certain professions that can be drastically affected by an undesirable outcome, but Kim was on top of my case and made sure from beginning to end that I was taken care of. She is awesome

The state was trying to commit me for a charge I didn't commit and Mrs Shoppe did everything she possibly could to get the charges dropped. She made me her first priority.
