Mrs. Shouppe received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Communication from Florida State University and her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. After graduating law school, she began work as a law clerk for a law firm contracted with the Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Program. She then had a professional career where she was an Associate Director of Financial Services and Call Center Director for a major telecommunications company. She relocated back to Florida in 2013 and worked for the State Attorney’s Office as an Assistant State Attorney and Regional Conflict Counsel for the 14th Judicial Circuit as a criminal defense attorney. She then started her law firm and practiced criminal defense until relocating to Southwest Florida.

Dedication
It was such a relieving thing to see someone as dedicated and professional as Kim. There were no empty promises as some attorneys give, only truth in that shed work her hardest to get immediate resolve. Immediate it was. 1st court date!!! More than 5 stars!
