Kimberly Jean Morley

Kimberly Morley graduated from Le Moyne College (Syracuse, NY) with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration – Management Information Systems, a Minor in Spanish, and Departmental Honors for her project involving the proposed changes to the UCC for application to software licensing. Additionally, she served as President of the Modern Language Alliance, earning the Leadership Award, was a member of the pre-law committee, and was a founding member of Le Moyne Student Dancers at Le Moyne College.  After college, Ms. Morley served as the Development and Communications Coordinator for Guide Dogs of America, developing the website, key databases, and writing grants. While still working, she continued with the Jesuit tradition earning her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles, CA) in 2004.  She also studied international law abroad at Aberdeen University in Scotland.  During Law School she completed her 25 hour certificate of mediation training from the Center of Conflict Resolution at Loyola Law and clerked for a judge at the Los Angeles Superior Court. After law school, she passed the California BAR the first time and also was sworn into the Central District of California.

Ms. Morley has served as a successful litigation trial attorney for the majority of her career, including business litigation defense and personal injury defense.  She served as in-house defense trial counsel for Farmers Insurance and has a background in contracts as in-house corporate counsel.  Her participation in BAR associations has included the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Inns of Court.

Ms. Morley is known for her passion representing clients and reputation as an ethical, strong advocate.
