THIS IS THE LAWYER YOU WANT ON YOUR SIDE

Kimberly was the first lawyer I contacted after hours of searching on the internet. After our first consultation it was clear she was the lawyer I was going with. Kimberly is extremely knowledgeable in her field with a lot of experience. What persuaded me the most to choose her was her investment and... compassion in my case.

Very Disappointing

Where to begin is always the problem with these types of reviews. Kimberly in essence, is not a bad person. I truly believe she does care for her clients, but only to a certain extent. She was previously employed at Siemons Lawfirm in Cumming GA where she was appointed to me. Our bill very quickly ra...n up and she promised that it was the bulk of the expenses upfront (10k). Soon after the 10k was received, Kimberly said she felt bad and would do our case pro bono (which we were over the moon about). But all too soon did we realize, we should have went another direction. She began ignoring calls, texts, and phone calls. I had to remind her multiple times of our meetings and what time they were. She would show up to the meetings late and looking like a "hot mess". I am not sure if she had too much going on in her personal life or not, but she would over share information every time we spoke. She would tell me about the medication she was on and how the law firm was acting shady in regards to my case. She treated me like I was a friend at a bar that she could vent to about all of her issues. Then like the great Houdini, she disappeared without a trace. I couldn't reach her via her phone, text, email, or even her office. I was dropped from the law-firm with an outstanding bill that was never supposed to be charged. I am not writing this review because I am angry. This happened close to a year ago from the time of this review. I hope she has got her life together, but I do not want someone else who is risking their child's future on an attorney who will leave them without a trace - and our final court hearing was not even 2 weeks away (which it was a slam dunk case also - We won). It still bothers me to this day that she hasn't reached out just to say, "sorry". So my final review is, I would not recommend Kimberly Coleman due to the facts that she is unreliable, untrustworthy, and can not give you the professionalism that a family law attorney should easily be able to provide.
