Kevin N Wooden

Mr. Wooden graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and later earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He also studied law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Mr. Wooden is licensed to practice law in California, Arizona, and Colorado.

Mr. Wooden is a skilled civil litigator with a primary focus on employment law, construction law, and business litigation. He has represented clients in a wide range of matters, including wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, breach of contract claims, construction defects, and commercial torts.

Mr. Wooden believes that a successful plaintiff’s attorney must be a patient listener—committed to truly understanding both the facts of the case and the client’s goals. With an even-tempered and pragmatic approach, he advocates vigorously for the best possible outcomes. By fostering respectful communication with both clients and opposing counsel, he has consistently achieved favorable results inside and outside the courtroom.

Outside of work, Mr. Wooden enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, fishing, golf, and other outdoor activities.
