Biography
I am a Florida lawyer that is an unwilling participate in this Avvo Website. I did not place my name here and Avvo will NOT remove it. I am quite sure, after much communication with Kenneth Imes at Avvo about removing my account, that "Avvo" unilaterally placed me on this site and then wrote a negative comment against me because I refused to join in and pay for advertisement I don't need. Mr. Imes' solution was for me to drive all my business and clients to this site to give me positive reviews to off set the one fraudulent negative one. He would not even consider removing the comment just wanted to sell me something and for me to push my business through Avvo. Well, this site CANNOT be trusted. Don't use it to find an attorney. I think those that pay Avvo, must get the good reviews or at least the fake ones deleted. I don't play that game. If you don't believe me, check out these sites about Avvo:

Replied last May 14, 2010Who is this? Use your name. If it is who I believe it is, you took forever to complete treatment because of your situation. You could not seek proper treatment at your then restricted location. The one year delay you imply is my fault, when it was your fault for not having the treatment necessary for your case to proceed. Your doctors' opinions of your injuries were questionable due to the delay in treatment. It is difficult to properly file suit on a case not documented by your physicians with injuries that occurred months before treatment. Lastly, you had limitations due to the location and restrictions you were under at the time of the alleged injuries. The circumstances of your location and situation at the time of your injuries made it almost a given that you would receive no sympathy from the jury. You asked me to act in an unethical manor to proceed with your case and got angry when I did not follow your instructions so I fired you. I had costs in the case and took a lien against the file to cover my costs.
