Kevin should not be representing any bankruptcy clients. He was very pushy on taking my case from the very first phone call. He reassured me that bankruptcy was his specialty. He does not have an office and had to meet at the school he teaches at I gave him all of my info and including a home that I ...was a co-owner of. He caused a huge mess with that because he has no idea how bankruptcy cases work. I had to hire a another lawyer to finish the process and also had to go further in debt to pay the trustee so the main owner of this home did not lose it due to me filing bankruptcy. A little FYI if you look up his name with the courts you will find he has only files 5 cases of bankruptcy and 2 of them was himself. He also filed the paper wrong to dismiss himself from my case. With this review I can only hope to save some people lots of frustration and stress. Kevin please stop misleading people.

Kevin demanded paperwork from us immediately and then took his time putting it all together. He never went over anything with us or try to help us. The bankruptcy was dismissed due to having too much money at the end of the month. We don't have money left over and he should have caught this and gone ...over it with us... I now have to find (and pay) another attorney who will be there for us. We are being sued by a creditor now and see no end in sight to the stress and worry that should have been gone with a discharged bankruptcy. It was also very difficult to meet with him due to the lack of a professional office.
