Kevin provided sound, legal counsel with ease, but more than that, he epitomized unflappability throughout every part of the case, utter professionalism despite my own frustration-venting sessions and loss of composure, and Godly, patient, litigating and people skills. Furthermore, he continued to f...ight for me despite my financial situation and the across-state-lines fiasco that cost me more than I had in my bank account to spend. He fought his darnedest both against my ex and his representative to ensure justice was actualized and against and within his own litigious hierarchy jeopardizing his own income just to ensure I, the total underdog, received a fair shake. He often checked in with me on 'his dime' regardless of whether he would receive reimbursement. For example, when my children were finally returned, and when he hadn't heard from me for a week or so, he called to ask if everything was ok...because he was worried about our well-being. Likewise, he checked in with me 'just to make sure --- was paying child support,' and when I told him that he wasn't, he calmly and with much composed compassion offered to file a motion to force the court to act immediately on my kids' and my behalf. I honestly cannot express enough just how much of an answer to prayer Kevin was and has been to me. His dual licensing allowed me to fight a complicated and financially skewed battle akin to a David and Goliath epic on prayer and pennies, and for the aforementioned and numerous other reasons, I would recommend him to anyone going through the crushing blow of a complicated divorce, custody or mediation-needing legal situation. He was MUCH MORE than a knowledgeable lawyer, he was and is a trusted friend, a Godly husband, father, and son, and a feisty, firm and fearless force with which to be reckoned, someone whose skills and personability I thank God for daily.
