Claimant is a 47 year old male with a high school education. His only past releveant work was assisting his father as a carpenter. The claimant had previously applied for disability alleging siezure di ... sorder and borderline intellectual functioning. Those applications were denied. A board certified neuropsychologist evaluated the claimant and determined that the claimant had Asperger's Syndrome and had likely had Asperger's syndrome throughout his life. The ALJ ruled an onset date of December 31, 1989.
