Hired Attorney Dixon to assist my elderly mother with a property dispute - her ex had locked her out while she was on vacation and absconded with all of her possessions and despite that she co-owned the property. She was never granted return payment for her share of the property, nor access to her be...longings - some priceless heirlooms from Germany. Attorney Dixon allowed the slow progression of this case, ever billing my aging mother, who suffered a stroke and resided in another state, to fall by the wayside until the defendant's death. He allowed the case to progress to probate without stepping up on my mother's behalf, communicating as requested with me, until the case was closed and my other received nothing. There was no information nor copies of communication with opposing counsel, no copies of motions, only excessive billing and repeated threats for payment, All told an estimated $10K was paid toAattorney Dixon and nothing was done.
